ShelfSprint

Privacy

This page describes what the app actually reads and stores. It is written to be checkable against the code rather than to be reassuring.

What is read from Shopify

Products and variants (title, SKU, barcode, image) so staff can identify what to pull. Inventory levels per Location, to estimate what is available in the backroom. Your Locations. And order line items — variant identifiers and quantities only — to work out what left the shelf.

Customer names, addresses, email addresses and payment details are not requested, not stored and not displayed. Replenishment does not need them.

What is stored here

Shelf targets, bin mappings, the operational ledger of shelf movements, refill tasks and runs, count sessions, imports, and an audit log of operational actions. All of it is scoped to your shop.

Access tokens are not stored in the operational database. Structured logs redact anything that looks like a credential before it is written.

Deletion

Uninstalling disables the shop immediately and stops all further calls to Shopify. Shop data is deleted on the mandatory shop/redact request. You can also request deletion at any time by writing to support@shelfsprint.shop.
