Plain-language terms. These are a starting point and should be reviewed by a lawyer before public launch.
Subscription
The app is billed through Shopify’s billing system on the plan you select. Changing or cancelling is done in your Shopify admin, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What is provided
Shelf replenishment tooling as described on this site. Shelf-level quantities within a single Shopify Location are estimates maintained by this app, and are described as such throughout the interface. Shopify remains the source of truth for inventory at Location level.
Inventory adjustments are written to Shopify only after explicit review and approval within the app.
Availability and liability
The service depends on Shopify’s APIs and may be interrupted when they are. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
